What we do

Paid search that pays for itself. We build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads for South Florida businesses, reporting on cost per lead and booked jobs rather than impressions and clicks.

Google Ads is the fastest lever in local marketing and the easiest to waste money on. The default settings Google suggests during setup are optimized for Google's revenue, not yours: broad match keywords, automatic display expansion, and bidding toward clicks rather than conversions. A campaign left on defaults will spend a South Florida budget in a week on searches that were never going to call you.

The work that actually matters is unglamorous. It's building a negative keyword list before launch and extending it weekly. It's tracking calls and form fills as conversions so the algorithm optimizes toward revenue instead of traffic. It's separating campaigns by service so a high-margin job isn't competing with a low-margin one for the same budget. And it's sending clicks to a page built for that specific search rather than to a homepage.

For home services, contractors, and legal in particular, Local Services Ads deserve attention before traditional search ads. They sit above everything else on the page, they carry the Google Guaranteed badge, and you pay per lead rather than per click. Verification takes a couple of weeks and involves license and insurance checks, which is exactly why most competitors haven't bothered.

Where this fits

Google Ads works best alongside the three services we lead with. Most clients start with local SEO or a website rebuild and add this once the foundation is producing. We serve Palm Beach County, Martin County, and the wider South Florida market from our office in Jupiter.

What's included

Google Ads: questions we get

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

For most South Florida local businesses, $1,500 to $5,000 per month in ad spend is the range where the data becomes reliable enough to optimize. Below about $1,000 you're guessing. Management is billed separately from spend.

What are Local Services Ads?

The ads with the green Google Guaranteed badge that appear above everything else for service searches. You pay per lead rather than per click, and they're often the fastest lead source for contractors, home services, and legal.

How is this different from SEO?

Ads buy you the top of the page today and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO compounds and keeps working. Most clients run ads while the organic program builds, then shift the mix.

Do you require a contract?

No. Month to month, and you own the ad account.

Should I let Google's automated recommendations run?

Almost never without review. Google's in-account recommendations often suggest broadening match types and raising budgets, which increases spend faster than it increases leads. We review them and apply the useful ones.

How do I know which ads produced actual jobs?

Call tracking with dynamic numbers, conversion tracking on forms and bookings, and a monthly reconciliation against your CRM. Without that, you're optimizing on clicks, which tells you almost nothing.
