These terms are an agreement between Buji Enterprise LLC, doing business as Bujify ("we", "us"), and the agency or person using SearchStudio ("you"). SearchStudio is built and hosted for us by Zoti.
- The service. SearchStudio tracks how businesses appear on Google and in AI assistants, helps improve their Google Business Profiles, content, listings and links, and reports the results.
- Accounts. You are responsible for your users and for keeping logins secure. Agencies are responsible for having their clients' permission to manage their Google Business Profiles and other accounts.
- Your content. You keep all rights to the business details and content you provide or approve. You give us the permission needed to store, process and publish it on your instructions.
- Google and other platforms. Changes published through SearchStudio must follow each platform's terms and policies, including Google's Business Profile guidelines. We may pause publishing that breaks those rules or the law.
- AI features. AI drafts may be inaccurate. You review and approve content before it is published and are responsible for what you publish.
- Results. Search and AI rankings depend on Google, AI providers and competitors, which we don't control. We don't guarantee specific rankings or results.
- Acceptable use. No spam, fake reviews, unlawful, infringing or misleading content; no attempts to access other agencies' data or to disrupt the service.
- Fees. Paid plans are billed in advance. If payment fails, accounts may become read-only until paid. You can cancel at the end of any billing period; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
- Availability. We work to keep SearchStudio available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Google and other providers can change or limit their APIs at any time.
- Ending the agreement. You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
- Liability. SearchStudio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes heard in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
