Disconnect a social account

1. Sign in to SocialStudio and open Social accounts for the client.
2. Click Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens immediately.

You can also remove access from the platform itself:

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove SocialStudio.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → SocialStudio → Remove access.
• TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest: the app permissions page in each platform's settings.

When a platform tells us access was removed, we delete that account's tokens and stop all syncing.

Delete your data

Email team@bujify.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data", or ask your agency to delete your user. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (for example, invoices). You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.
