These terms are an agreement between Buji Enterprise LLC, doing business as Bujify ("we", "us"), and the agency or person using SocialStudio ("you"). SocialStudio is built and hosted for us by Zoti.
- The service. SocialStudio lets agencies create, approve, schedule and publish social media content for their clients, and view analytics, messages and reports.
- Accounts. You are responsible for your users and for keeping logins secure. Agencies are responsible for having their clients' permission to manage their social accounts.
- Your content. You keep all rights to content you upload or create. You give us the permission needed to store, process and publish it on your instructions.
- Platform rules. Content you publish through SocialStudio must follow each platform's terms and policies (including the YouTube Terms of Service). We may pause publishing that breaks those rules or the law.
- AI features. AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate. You review and approve everything before it is published and are responsible for what you publish.
- Acceptable use. No spam, unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to access other agencies' data or to disrupt the service.
- Fees. Paid plans are billed in advance. If payment fails, accounts may become read-only until paid. You can cancel at the end of any billing period; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
- Availability. We work to keep SocialStudio available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Social platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time.
- Open source. Parts of SocialStudio are based on open-source software, including BrightBean Studio (AGPL-3.0). The corresponding source of those parts is available on request at team@bujify.com.
- Ending the agreement. You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
- Liability. SocialStudio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes heard in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
